The Australian College of Professionals is a training business that was established in 2003. For the past nine years, the College has developed an expertise in providing high quality and practical based training for the property industry. This has included a focus on the needs of professionals working in the strata sector of the industry.
The Australian College of Professionals provides qualification-based training in real estate, strata management, business broking, stock and station, on-site management, buyers agents, accounting, financial planning, mortgage broking, business administration, frontline management and general management.
The Australian College of Professionals is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO # 91513) under the national vocational education and training regulator, the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).
The trainers, assessors and curriculum development professionals, are all highly experienced practitioners in either strata management, solicitors, psychologists, and educational professionals.
Strata Courses offered by the College
Certificate of Registration (Strata Management)
This short entry-level training program is for people starting out in the strata industry. The skill set of competencies gained through this training, are those required by NSW Fair Trading for the issue of a Certificate of Registration authority to commence working in the strata industry. This course is conducted in the face-to-face mode twice every month or can be completed through correspondence at any time.
Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations) CPP40609
This course is for people who wish to gain the qualification to apply for their Strata Managing Agent Licence in NSW and students undertake an in-depth study of the entire strata management process. This is a practical-based course and provides course participants with opportunities to acquire and practice new skills in all areas relating to strata management. Once all modules have been completed, students will be able to apply to NSW Fair Trading for their Strata Agent licence.
There are five modules/courses which make up the Strata Agent Licence program and cover the competencies required to gain a full Strata Managing Agent Licence. The successful completion of this full training program will mean that the person gains the award of a Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations). The courses listed here are based on the premise that you have not already completed the introductory Certificate of Registration course.

Our traineeship programs give you nationally recognised qualifications and the experience you need for your chosen career. Our government funded training programs are available to anyone of working age with or without a secondary school certificate. You can be a school-leaver, re-entering the workforce or an adult worker simply wishing to change careers.
Eligible participants for traineeships can enroll in either:
the Certificate III level qualification (CPP30309 ~ Certificate III in Property Services (Operations)), which will provide the successful student with the Certificate of Registration (Strata Management) competencies
the Certificate IV level qualification (CPP40609 ~ Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations)), which will provide the successful student with the qualifications required to make application for a full strata managing agents licence
